    I'm at the bench most days. If you have a question — about a piece, your
    size, or your order — just write to me.I read every email myself.Monday to Friday:9am – 5pm
    Saturday:10am – 2pm
    Sunday: closed

    I answer within 24 hours, usually sooner. If it takes a little longer,
    it's because I'm soldering and can't put the torch down.
