    I'm at the bench most days. If you have a question — about a piece, your
    size, or your order — just write to me.
    I read every email myself.

    Monday to Friday:     9am – 5pm
    Saturday: 10am – 2pm
    Sunday: closed

    I answer within 24 hours, usually sooner. If it takes a little longer, it's because I'm mid-stitch and can't put the needle down.
